Arthur Klima has been a member of The Cleveland Orchestra since 1977. Prior to joining the Orchestra, he was a member of the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra. Mr. Klima received a bachelor of music degree from the University of Illinois and a master’s degree from Yale University. He has studied with John Garvey, Walter Trampler, Paul Rolland, Broadus Erle, and William York. Mr. Klima has taught at the Baldwin-Wallace College Conservatory of Music and currently teaches at Cleveland State University. He has appeared as a soloist at the Monecito Festival, with the Stow Orchestra, and in recital at Baldwin-Wallace College and Cleveland State University.
In his free time, Mr. Klima enjoys target shooting, motorcycles, finance economics, and gardening.
